Our new Spring Menu has arrived — and it’s all about sharing, savouring, and celebrating the season.

Try our slow-cooked lamb shoulder ‘oyster cut’, crafted to share between two. Cooked low and slow for melt-in-your-mouth tenderness and rich depth of flavour, it’s finished with a smoked almond and parmesan crumb for the perfect touch of texture.

Pair it with a delicious glass of wine and any two of our signature table sides and enjoy a dish made for connection and conversation.
