Peter Holley  
Peter Holley, immigrant from South Africa, has held the position of CEO of Mission Estate since 1996.  In this role he has had the opportunity of overseeing brand development and the restructuring of the Company into a formidable producer of fine wine.

Paul Mooney has been the winemaker at Mission Estate for over 30 years, making him one of the most experienced winemakers in New Zealand. Paul's winemaking philosophies are heavily influenced by his mentor, Brother John, who trained in Bordeaux during the 1960's.

Caine Thompson
Caine's first vintage at Mission Estate was in 2006 as company Viticulturist. Responsible for the premium production of the company's fruit supply, Caine believes in practicing and optimizing sustainable and organic approaches to growing while utilising precision technology to target specific areas of the vineyard, all in the endeavor of producing world class wine.

Sales & Business Development Manager
Martin Greig   
Martin has spent the best part of two decades selling wine in New Zealand and around the world. Martin is a New Zealander through and through – rugby, barbecues and the beach are essential to his well-being. A glass of wine over a meal, with friends and family is one of his greatest pleasures. Martin loves to cook and Hawke's Bay is a treasure-trove of superb produce – bliss.

Andrew Hulse
Andy has been working in the liquor industry for 16 years within the UK and NZ markets. Specialising in wholesale and retail sales, he has a passion for the industry and a huge love of NZ wine. Originally from England, Andy is now residing in the Bay with his young family enjoying the sunshine and outdoor lifestyle.

Vanessa has acquired marketing experience from various parts of the globe including Auckland, Melbourne and London, moving from Tourism New Zealand to the banking sector in the UK but has now found her home in the wine industry, here in Hawke's Bay, at Mission Estate Winery.

Mike Callahan
Mike has been with Mission since 2002 coming from a background in both the dairy and construction industries. Mike has resided in Hawke's Bay for the last 15 years originating from Palmerston North. Mike enjoys the sunny Hawke's Bay lifestyle and all that it has to offer.
