Special feature:

The soil structure is silt over gravel/stones and this is unique to the Gimblett Gravels. Having the ability to be free draining whilst being able to hold on to nutrients and organic matter is the key to the fruit expression and intense flavour profiles achieved at this site. In addition, Mere Rd Vineyard is one of our warmest sites in our supply. These factors combined with the meticulous management of this vineyard is why this site is often the source of fruit for our Jewelstone range.
